A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist III-Registered Nurse for a remote, part-time position. Key Responsibilities Assess clinical documentation through extensive review of medical records to ensure accuracy in patient representation Interact with healthcare providers and staff to ensure appropriate reimbursement and completeness of clinical information Conduct post-discharge reconciliation and formulate clinical documentation clarifications to improve documentation quality Required Qualifications Associates Degree in Nursing (Required) Bachelors Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field (Preferred) 5-6 years of nursing experience, preferably in patient care, critical care, or utilization management (Required) 3-4 years of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) experience (Required) Registered Nurse (RN) license and relevant certifications (Required)
