Job Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture assessments (platform, infrastructure, application, data, and process).
• Define assessment scope, secure client approval, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and manage cross-functional teams.
• Deliver solutions to complex problems affecting multiple teams.
• Optimize SAP systems with a focus on performance engineering and scalability.
• Mentor and guide team members in architecture and performance best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 10+ years in SAP Basis and Administration
• Location: On-site in Lisle, IL (no remote work)
• Industry Experience: Not required
• Travel/Expenses: Not covered
