Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide detailed product information and assistance to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Support inside sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in a manufacturing or decorative hardware environment.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Experience working in a family-owned or small business is a plus.
