2+ years of civil litigation experience, including pre-trial proceedings, discovery, legal research, drafting motions, and court appearances.
Well-versed in Colorado and federal court procedures, with a strong command of commercial and general liability matters.
Proficient with case management software and legal research databases such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active member of the State Bar Colorado.
Attention to detail, and proactive client communication.• At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation, including pre-trial proceedings, discovery, and drafting motions.
• Strong knowledge of Colorado and federal court procedures, with expertise in commercial and general liability matters.
• Proficiency in case management software and legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of Colorado.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on proactive client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
