Job Description

Overview User Acceptance Testing Analyst - P&C Insurance/Claims – Tampa Slide Insurance - Fun. Innovation Driven. Fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology. Slide is looking for a detail oriented UAT Analyst with strong Property & Casualty Insurance experience. Responsibilities Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system functionality. Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and issues found during testing. Validate that applications meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements. Facilitate UAT sessions with end users and gather feedback for system improvements. Coordinate and manage test environments, test data, and test execution schedules. Provide test status reports and communicate findings. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and best practices. Support post-implementation testing and assist with go-live activities. Perform other duties, as assigned. What you already have Education, Experience, and Licensing Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field or High School diploma and relevant work experience 2+ years of experience as an UAT analyst or in a similar role within an Agile environment required 4 years of experience in Homeowner’s P&C insurance industry required Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter preferred Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Deep understanding of P&C Claims. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Effective research, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, and relationship management skills necessary. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in effectively conveying information to key stakeholders. Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with multiple teams. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
