Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (with potential to grow your caseload into full-time hours)

About the Role

This is a fully-remote 1099 independent contractor position with the potential to grow into a full-time caseload. Minimum caseload of 10 hours per week, but we can accommodate more - otherwise, YOU choose the number of clients you serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality telehealth speech therapy to pediatric clients.
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families, ensuring clarity and understanding of therapy goals and progress.
  • Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and a commitment to our mission and principles.
Minimum Requirements
  • ASHA Certification and valid state licensure for practice in Alabama.
  • Current residence within the state of Alabama
  • A passion for pediatric speech therapy, particularly with children who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong commitment to a family-centered therapy approach.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Excellent communication skills, crucial for effective telehealth delivery and family engagement.
  • One year of pediatric experience is preferred.

  4. 2nd round interview with Clinical Director (Ashley)
