Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Sports Data Analyst / Performance Research Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to athlete performance and training. You will work closely with our performance coaches and sports agents to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources, including game footage, training sessions, and performance tracking tools
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to coaches and agents
- Collaborate with coaches and agents to develop performance strategies based on data analysis
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform decision making
- Assist with creating and maintaining databases and data management systems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in sports technology and data analysis techniques
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, sports science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sports setting
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or R
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools and software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for sports and understanding of performance metrics and training techniques
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will be available to work during standard business hours, with some flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work as needed.

Package Details
Pay Rate: $50-60 per hour, depending on experience
Training Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)
Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion
Work Schedule: Flexible - Full-time (30-40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
