Philadelphia, PA / Voorhees, NJ
Archer is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Voorhees, New Jersey office. Qualified candidates should have 3–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate matters. Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars is required. Judicial clerkship experience is desired.
Candidates should have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other real estate transactional documents; managing due diligence processes, including title and survey review; assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development projects; and working directly with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
Our real estate team represents a diverse client base, including national, regional, and local industrial, retail, and residential developers and investors, as well as home builders, brokers, funds, and lenders.
We are seeking a self-motivated attorney capable of managing significant responsibility while working both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150,000–$163,000, commensurate with experience.
