About Us Agape Pediatric Therapy , a therapist-owned outpatient pediatric clinic in Richland, WA, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy A ssistant (COTA) to join our award-winning team. Qualifications

• Must hold a current Washington state Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Out of state or a new grad not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain WA COTA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatment under supervision of an OT
• Meet weekly with your supervising OT regarding patient progress, concerns and treatments
• Develop and train caregivers in home program
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Document clearly and concisely
• Collaborate across disciplines
• Attend team meetings
• Manage time efficiently and follow schedule
• Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs
• Support clinic culture and mission
