Practice Details

This role offers a well-balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care supported by strong clinical infrastructure and collaborative physician teams. You’ll practice in modern OB facilities with access to advanced surgical technology and a robust multidisciplinary network, including:

• Maternal-Fetal Medicine – Tri-State Perinatology
• Reproductive Endocrinology – Boston IVF at The Women’s Hospital
• Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation
• Gynecologic Oncology – The Women’s Cancer Center

Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced OB/GYN, you’ll have the support, volume, and resources to practice confidently without burnout.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed $400,000 base salary |Part-time .06 FTE
• Productivity bonuses in addition to base
• $50,000 sign-on bonus 
• $50,000 student loan repayment
• $2,000/month residency stipend during final year  
• Opportunity to supervise APPs
