We are seeking a motivated, clean, and reliable Meat Cutter to join our award-winning Meat Department. This full-time role involves working mostly day shifts with some mornings, and weekend availability is required. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and lift up to 60 lbs. The team consists of 4-7 members, and you will primarily handle beef, pork, poultry, and seafood using equipment such as band saws, knives, and grinding machines.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products
• Provide high-level customer service and assist customers with their meat selections
• Operate meat department equipment including band saws, knives, and grinders safely
• Pack and label meat products accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat cutting area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of meat cutting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in various meat cutting techniques
• Food safety knowledge
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective time management abilities
