WCTractor is a family-owned equipment dealership with 15 locations across Central and East Texas. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized self-starter to support our Marketing Director with the day-to-day work that keeps our brand running. No marketing experience required. Just a willingness to learn, a solid work ethic, and good organizational instincts. What you'll do:

• Keep digital files, project trackers, and marketing calendars organized and up to date
• Support ordering, inventory, and vendor coordination for marketing materials and branded merchandise
• Assist with basic design tasks, event materials, and graphic assets as your skills develop
• Handle general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, accounts payable and basic reporting
• Grow into social media support, content creation, and digital marketing over time

Qualifications

Marketing Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or current enrollment (16+)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision once trained
• Clear written and verbal communication

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or any graphic design tool
• Active personal social media presence and general familiarity with major platforms
• Interest in agriculture, equipment, or rural industries a plus
• Any coursework or experience in marketing, business, or communications
