Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, motors, and pumps. 2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues quickly and effectively. 3. Repairing or replacing faulty mechanical components as needed. 4. Assisting in the installation of new equipment and machinery. 5. Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety procedures and guidelines. 6. Documenting all performed maintenance and repair work for record-keeping and analysis. 7. Collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize maintenance procedures and minimize downtime. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Technician, or a similar role in the manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, pumps, and other industrial equipment. 3. Solid background in automotive or diesel mechanics. 4. Proficiency in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair. 5. Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing setting. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues quickly and effectively. 7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 8.
