• From high-standard air duct cleaning to advanced Aeroseal sealing, our work sets the bar for energy efficiency and indoor air quality across the Southwest. We're now hiring for a Lead Technician to join our growing Arizona team.

  • Commercial and residential Aeroseal duct sealing that improves building health and performance.
  • Projects ranging from homes to hospitals, government sites, and major facilities.
  • Some travel is required for larger, high-profile commercial projects across the region.
• Who We're Looking For:

• • A detail-oriented, driven professional who takes pride in clean, accurate work.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required for insurance).
  • Must be able to pass full background checks, including for secure and DOD project sites.
  • Strong customer service skills—you’ll be the face of the brand on-site.
