Job Duties
Under broad direction, supports and implements HR processes focused on International HR / Global Mobility.
Manages and supports complex initiatives related to Taxes, Immigration, Global Mobility policies, and vendor management, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Analyzes and interprets market data related to Global Mobility programs (e.g., goods and services, area premium, per diems).
Provides hands‑on support to employees on international assignments and short‑term mobility scenarios.
Supports Canada inbound immigration activities and selected Canada home‑country HR processes.
Reviews and validates Canada immigration vendor invoices.
Acts as a subject matter resource to HR partners and business stakeholders on Global Mobility topics.
Partners closely with Relocation, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Business Partners.
Qualifications
Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
