Established in 2003 by Frank Fiume, the company’s mission is to provide a fun, safe, convenient, and sportsmanlike youth sports experience for kids ages 3‑17 in popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. Job Summary The flag football coach is a hands‑on role that leads athletes and delivers expert instruction in their designated sport. The coach is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field. Responsibilities Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development and fun. Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values. Communicate game‑day information to players and parents using established platforms. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills. Qualifications Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge. Highly motivated self‑starter able to work independently. Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings for the full season (~7 weeks).
