Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Bonuses

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will oversee all daily culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution during peak high-volume service. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in sales growth, menu execution, and team mentorship. If you have the experience to manage a premium scratch kitchen and the leadership skills to inspire a team, we want you to join our management roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a diverse kitchen team, fostering a culture of accountability and high morale.
• Oversee daily high-volume scratch kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and optimal ticket times.
• Drive back-of-house financial performance by managing food costs, labor optimization, and inventory control.
• Execute menu development initiatives and seasonal features that maintain our premium culinary standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with front-of-house management to provide seamless service and targeted solutions for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale casual dining or scratch kitchen environment.
• Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of driving restaurant revenue and managing P&L responsibilities.
• Expertise in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing culinary teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to make decisive, solutions-oriented decisions under pressure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen equipment maintenance.
