Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to support the planning and execution of corporate events in New York City on a temporary basis. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end event logistics, partnering with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality, professional experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute corporate events including meetings, conferences, and client-facing events
• Manage all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, catering, and production timelines
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, leadership, operations) to align event goals and messaging
• Oversee guest registration, communications, and attendee experience
• Serve as the on-site lead to ensure seamless execution and resolve any issues in real time
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of corporate event planning experience required
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management, organizational, and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with vendors, venues, and executive stakeholders
• Must be able to work onsite in New York City
• Flexibility to support events during evenings and weekends as needed
