Role Description This is a part-time, on-call role based in Miami, FL, supporting events on an as-needed basis. The Event Setup & Breakdown Associate plays a key role in bringing fundraising events to life by assisting with setup, execution, and breakdown of silent auctions. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to break into events, business, or nonprofit work. You’ll gain real-world experience working in high-end fundraising environments alongside donors, sponsors, and community leaders. It’s a fast-paced, team-driven role where you’ll build professionalism, learn how upscale events operate, and develop the ability to move quickly and confidently in rooms with high-level professionals.
