Your Role:

We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to become Dental Assistants in local dental offices. You will play a crucial role in supporting clinical teams, assisting with patient care, and creating a positive atmosphere for each patient. Whether you're new to the field or have some experience, we'll provide you with the tools to grow and succeed. Pay will increase based on your experience level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during various procedures.
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms.
• Take X-rays (training provided).
• Record and update patient information accurately.
• Sterilize instruments and ensure cleanliness.
• Support front-desk check-in and appointment scheduling.
• Offer post-treatment care recommendations to patients.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety protocols.
