About :
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Drupal Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role emphasizes back-end and front-end Drupal development, with a strong focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. You will be responsible for developing Drupal-based solutions, integrating systems and services, and ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Drupal architecture, theming, and module development, along with a solid understanding of modern web development practices and accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
You will work closely with agency stakeholders, IT developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions that support both user needs and organizational goals.
Minimum Required Qualifications (Please add minimum education requirement here):
Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Web Development, Computer Science, or related field
6+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a strong focus on Drupal.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Drupal including custom module development and theming.
Qualifications:
Experience working in remote Linux environments using CLI and Docker is preferred.
Proficiency in PHP, Twig, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern development workflows.
Experience with Drupal APIs, configuration management, and deployment processes.
Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and implementation techniques.
Experience with content migration tools (e.g., Migrate API) and structured content modeling.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, jQuery).
Experience integrating external systems via RESTful APIs and working with decoupled or headless Drupal architectures.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Figma for interpreting UI requirements (not design ownership).
