iQor Now Hiring: Remote Customer Service Representatives - Utility Support

Join a high-energy team supporting utility customers in the Northeast! We're looking for motivated, resilient individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about helping customers navigate billing, service, and account concerns. This position is open to residents of the following states: AL, FL, GA , TN, IA, IN, OH, OK, KS, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, VA.

What You'll Do:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Resolve billing issues, service interruptions, and account inquiries
• Use multiple systems to research and document customer interactions
• Deliver empathetic service while following company policies
• De-escalate challenging situations and provide clear solutions

What you'll need to Work From Home:

• High speed internet (25 Mbps+ download / 10Mbps+ upload)
• Wired connection to a modem (wi-fi only is not sufficient)
• Reliable internet provider (satellite or mobile providers are not supported)
• Quiet, secure, and distraction free work space for customer interactions
• Ability to stay focused and professional in a home environment

Education Requirements:

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
