Please review them to ensure you meet the qualifications / requirements:DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Answering CallsReset Passwords- First time user assistance – walk through, assistance finding flights, hotel, car, etc.Research when call advises lower fare found on alternate siteCancelling reservationsTicketing QueueIssue all on-line tickets that are not set up with auto ticketing.Support of auto ticketing reservations Remarks to agentsSplit ticketsUnused ticketsResQCX errors (missing report info, invalid credit cards)Ticketless reservationsWork the schedule changesAutomate minor changes, continue to work “over 15 minute” changesRe-accommodate MisconnectsRe-issue when necessaryEmail new flightsOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:ProfilesModify/delete as requestedRun test to sync profiles to SabreRemove duplicate profilesUpdate company sitesChange/modify site settingsTravel policy updateTesting sitesESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in corporate travel industry or customer service industryRecent experience Sabre systems (REQUIRED)Knowledge of managed on-line booking systems (Concur, DEEM) preferredKnowledge of corporate travel programs and travel terminologyStrong customer focus and a sense of urgencyExcellent Communications SkillsTeam PlayerInterpersonal skills – ability to develop and maintain strong relationshipsSelf-starter with ability to work independently with little supervisionAbility to manage multiple complex projects concurrentlyTo the qualified candidate, we offer:AAA is a great place to work.
