Salary Range: $21.07 To $22.18 Annually
Unity House of Troy’s Domestic Violence Program is seeking a dedicated individual to assist with coordinating access to safe and stable housing for survivors of domestic & sexual violence. This role plays a critical part in supporting individuals as they navigate housing options and rebuild stability.
This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct services to survivors of domestic violence
Assist clients with personalized safety planning
Offer referrals to community resources and support services
Coordinate housing resources and program services
Manage housing program operations, including waitlists and application processes
Participate in the RCHSC coordinated entry system
Foster an environment of inclusion, respect, and belonging
Qualifications:
College degree and/or prior experience working with survivors of domestic violence or similar populations preferred
High school diploma or GED required, along with relevant experience
Valid and clean New York State driver’s license
Reliable transportation required
