We're currently seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter for an active retail construction project at a Hannaford location in Rockland, Maine for our trusted customer.

Job Duties

• Perform commercial carpentry work on renovation and construction projects
• Layout, framing, blocking, drywall, and finish carpentry as required
• Install doors, hardware, fixtures, and millwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and fellow tradespeople
• Follow all OSHA and site safety requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred
• Experience working in active retail or commercial environments is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available if needed)
