Translate senior translational decision-making heuristics into clear, structured rubrics for AI evaluation. Identify when model-based recommendations are insufficient and surface real-world decision trade-offs. Provide governance-level reasoning around dose selection, exposure, safety, and translational risk. Convert narrative judgment into explicit decision rules that reflect best practices in clinical pharmacology. Requirements Strong years of experience in translational or clinical pharmacology roles within major biopharma, biotech, or consulting. Direct experience owning FIH starting dose, SAD/MAD designs, and Phase 2 dose selection for multiple assets. Strong ability to integrate tox, PK, PD, potency, and MoA data into actionable dose decisions. Skilled at defending dose/exposure rationale in front of senior leadership or regulatory teams. Experience leading clinical pharmacology strategy for ≥2–3 assets. (Important) Not just a modeling profile — must have real decision accountability.
