Team C&L Auto Body is a family-run MSO with 11 locations throughout Morris, Middlesex, Sussex, and Warren counties. Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are in need of a body shop manager to help our team in Berkeley Heights continue to grow and remain leaders in the Auto Body industry. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of technicians and support staff to achieve high-quality repair standards and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity and ensure the timely delivery of services. Collaborate with insurance partners to streamline claims processes and maintain strong relationships. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe and respectful work environment. Manage inventory and supplies to optimize resources and minimize waste. Provide regular training and development opportunities to team members, promoting a culture of growth and learning. Qualifications Prior experience in body shop management (3 years preferred) Prior experience with DRP partners (specifically Geico / Progressive / Allstate / State Farm / Travelers / USAA / Plymouth Rock / Farmers) Excellent organizational skills Proven ability to lead teams for both employee retention and results Knowledge of body shop KPI's and efficiency measures Ability to implement and create Processes and track record for change management Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr C&L Autobody
