Job Title:  Air & Ocean Freight Forwarders

Location:  Erlanger, KY

Industry:  Logistics

Pay: $56,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience

Our client is a leading logistics organization dedicated to delivering seamless import/export solutions. They are seeking qualified individuals to join their team, and have openings in their Air and Ocean departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and trace shipments using Cargowise software
• Coordinate with clients, international colleagues, and various vendors, such as airlines, warehouses, and trucking companies
• Manage billing processes and audit vendor invoices
• Organize delivery of imports and process necessary documentation
• Approve freight invoices and credit notes in alignment with agreements
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations and develop a strong understanding of client agreements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years in freight forwarding; experience in air or ocean logistics is highly preferred
• Education: Open to various educational backgrounds
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, process-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Software: 1+ years of experience with Cargowise is highly preferred
