Bright Path Center , our new and transformative program dedicated to expanding high-quality behavioral health and detox treatment services in Bucks County. We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking
Addiction Medicine Physician (MD or DO) who wants to be part of something truly groundbreaking.

What You Bring - MD or DO with active Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility).
- Board certification or fellowship training in Addiction Medicine , Addiction Psychiatry , or related specialty preferred.
- Experience in detoxification, withdrawal management, or substance use treatment.
- Enthusiasm for program development and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
Your Role - Lead the creation of clinical protocols and workflows for the detox program, including:
- Medication order sets
- Withdrawal management pathways
- Vital sign monitoring standards
- Safety and escalation parameters
- Partner with clinical and administrative teams to design EHR documentation templates, order sets, and decision-support tools.
- Provide direct medical care and oversight for individuals undergoing withdrawal management.
- Serve as a clinical leader and resource for nursing and behavioral health staff.
- Contribute to quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and long-term program development.
- Help shape the culture, identity, and future direction of Bright Path Center.
